Introduction:
Ferrous gluconate is effectively used in the treatment of hypochromic anemia. The use of this compound compared with other iron preparations results in satisfactory reticulocyte responses, a high percentage utilization of iron, and daily increase in hemoglobin that a normal level occurs in a reasonably short time. Ferrous gluconate is also used as a food additive when processing black olives. It is represented by the food labeling E number E579 in Europe. It imparts a uniform jet black color to the olives. Function:
1. Activates any enzymes and is a catalyst in fatty acid and cholesterol synthesis;
2. Oxidizes fat;
3. Important nutrient for brain and nervous system;
4. Aids in blood sugar regulation and the production of mother's milk;
5. Good for none growth and is sex hormone;
6. Cobalt nutrition enhancer: Used in dairy products, baby and child foods. Application:
a.The product is the black dye used to color ripe olive.
b. The product is used as iron supplement to cure iron deficiency anemia.
c. Iron nutrition enhancer: Used in grain products, beverage, dairy products, baby and child foods, table salt and double-layered candy. Packing & Storage:
Pack in paper-drums and two plastic-bags inside. Net Weight: 25kgs/paper-drum.
